Repair Warranty Coverage
All repairs performed by PhoneBros include a 90-day limited warranty covering the specific part(s) replaced during your repair. This warranty guarantees that the replacement part will function as intended under normal use for 90 days from the date of repair.
What Is Covered
Defective replacement parts — if a part we installed fails or malfunctions under normal use within the 90-day warranty period, we will re-repair or replace the part at no additional charge.
This includes but is not limited to: screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port repairs, button repairs, camera replacements, and speaker/microphone repairs.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover: physical damage occurring after the repair (drops, cracks, bends, or crushing); liquid or moisture damage; damage caused by unauthorized modifications or third-party repairs performed after our service; normal wear and tear; software issues unrelated to the hardware repair; cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
The warranty is void if the device has been opened or repaired by any party other than PhoneBros after our initial repair.
Pre-Owned Device Warranty
Pre-owned devices purchased from PhoneBros include a limited functionality warranty. If the device exhibits a hardware defect that was present at the time of sale, bring it back within 7 days for an exchange or repair. This does not cover damage occurring after purchase.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Bring your device to either PhoneBros location during business hours. Please bring your original repair receipt or order confirmation. Our technicians will inspect the device to determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
