By accessing or using the PhoneBros website (www.phone-bros.com) or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use our site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the site.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of PhoneBros or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

All devices sold through PhoneBros are pre-owned unless explicitly stated otherwise. Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly from the actual item.

Prices are subject to change without notice. PhoneBros reserves the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel transactions at our discretion. All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Repair cost estimates provided online are approximate and based on common repair scenarios. Actual repair costs will be confirmed after diagnostic inspection. PhoneBros will contact you with the final repair cost before proceeding. No repairs will be performed without your explicit authorization.

PhoneBros is not liable for any pre-existing conditions discovered during repair. All repairs are covered by our 90-day limited warranty as detailed in our Warranty Policy.

By submitting a device for trade-in, you represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner and have full authority to sell it. PhoneBros will verify the device's IMEI/serial number against national databases. Devices reported as lost, stolen, or flagged will not be accepted and may be reported to law enforcement.

All devices must be free of activation locks (iCloud, Google FRP, Samsung Knox) at the time of trade-in. The final trade-in value is determined solely by PhoneBros staff based on physical inspection. Online estimates are non-binding and are valid for 72 hours.

Once a trade-in transaction is completed and payment is issued, the sale is final. PhoneBros assumes full ownership of the device. Trade-in values are based on current market conditions and are subject to change without notice.

PhoneBros is not responsible for any data remaining on traded-in devices. Customers are advised to back up and factory reset their devices prior to trade-in.

PhoneBros offers carrier activation services as an authorized dealer for select wireless carriers. Carrier service plans and terms are governed by the respective carrier's terms and conditions. PhoneBros is not responsible for carrier network performance, coverage, or billing disputes.

Financing through Acima Leasing is subject to Acima's own terms, conditions, and approval process. PhoneBros does not make credit decisions or guarantee financing approval. All questions regarding financing terms should be directed to Acima.

PhoneBros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

PhoneBros makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of online estimates, market data, or device valuations. All tools and estimates are provided for informational purposes only.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Berkshire County, Massachusetts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
