Overview
At PhoneBros, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. This policy outlines the terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds on devices, accessories, and repair services purchased from PhoneBros.
Purchased Devices
All device purchases from PhoneBros come with a 7-day return window from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the device must be in its original condition — free of new damage, with all included accessories and packaging.
To initiate a return, bring the device to either PhoneBros location along with your receipt or order confirmation. Returns without proof of purchase may be declined.
Devices that have been physically damaged after purchase, modified, or had their software altered (jailbroken, rooted) are not eligible for return.
Accessories and Parts
Unopened accessories may be returned within 7 days of purchase with a receipt. Opened or used accessories (cases, chargers, screen protectors) are not eligible for return unless defective.
Repair Services
Completed repair services are non-refundable. If a replaced part fails or is defective within our 90-day warranty period, we will re-repair or replace the part at no additional cost as outlined in our Warranty Policy.
If PhoneBros is unable to complete a repair after diagnostic inspection, no charge will be applied.
Trade-In Transactions
Once a trade-in transaction is completed and payment is issued, the sale is final and cannot be reversed. PhoneBros assumes full ownership of the device upon completion of the trade-in.
How to Request a Return
Bring your item and receipt to either PhoneBros location during business hours. Our staff will inspect the item and process your return on the spot.

Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. Cash purchases will be refunded in cash.
If you financed your purchase through Acima Leasing, refund terms are subject to Acima's cancellation and return policies.
